Apply nowLearn more Please apply until the 3rd of November 2025.Cell Lead (Production Supervisor) - Montreal (18-month contract)Position PurposeWorking with the Process Lead and the Maintenance Lead, the cell lead (Production supervisor) will be responsible for the application of IWS (Integrated Working System) processes and the development of action plans with the team in order to achieve short- and medium-term targets.ResponsibilitiesOversee results of the assigned cellOrganize production cell work using IWS principlesOversee production machine safety, quality and productivitySet short-term (24 hours) and medium-term (90 days) prioritiesDevelop action plans with the production cell teamAllocate resources to support production plansOversee IWS processesEnsure employee training and developmentQualifications And ExperienceTechnical DEC and/or bachelor's degree or relevant experienceMinimum of 3 years' professional experience in a production departmentExperience in production optimization processes (TPM, Six Sigma, Kaizen, SMED)Excellent technical understanding of production machinesComputer literacy - MS Office environment (Project, Excel, PowerPoint)Skills, Competencies And LanguageAbility to learn and adapt quickly in different situationsTechnical skills and familiarity with production environmentsAbility to work under pressureExcellent communication skillsHighly organizedPositive attitude and ability to work in a teamGood judgment in prioritizing tasksFunctional French and EnglishAre you ready to join us?
