Drive Operational Excellence at the Global Leader in Aesthetics

Laser Clinics Group is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Central Operations Administrator (on a 12-month Contract) to join our Central Operations team. This is a full-time role based at our Head Office, where you'll play a key role in supporting corporate-owned locations across Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the Central Operations Manager, you'll ensure the smooth delivery of financial administration, compliance, and operational support that enables our clinics to thrive.

What You'll Do

  • Support corporate-owned clinics by collaborating closely with the Central Operations Manager and providing day-to-day operational assistance.
  • Manage accounts payables and receivables – monitor accounts inboxes, process invoices, action payments, follow up on discrepancies, and oversee fortnightly pay runs.
  • Handle payroll administration including reviewing and preparing payroll, facilitating bonuses and adjustments, and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Ensure compliance by auditing rosters, monitoring consumables, reviewing appointment book practices, conducting spot checks, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Oversee reporting and insights – prepare financial and operational metrics, analyse trends, and share insights with key stakeholders to support decision-making.
  • Strengthen relationships with clinic managers, regional managers, and external partners to resolve issues and support operational excellence.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and helping implement best practices across the business.

We'd Be WOWed if You Have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in finance, business, or administration.
  • Experience in accounts payable, receivable, and financial administration.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – you can build positive relationships internally and externally.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills with confidence in reporting and analysis.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience in the aesthetics, beauty, or retail industry (preferred but not essential).
  • Exposure to franchise operations (a bonus, but not a deal-breaker).

Why Join Laser Clinics Group?

Since 2008, Laser Clinics has redefined aesthetics, growing to 200+ clinics across four countries with a unique 50/50 franchise model. Our purpose is simple: to help people feel confident in their own skin – and our people are at the heart of making that happen.

To help you feel GOOD at work, we offer:

  • Flexible working arrangements (remote)
  • Up to 70% off treatments + quarterly product allowance.
  • Birthday leave – enjoy your special day off
  • Regular team bonding activities and a supportive, collaborative culture.
  • Global career opportunities across our expanding network.
