What You'll Do

  • Schedule and facilitate medical assessments and follow-up appointments
  • Manage patient charts, documentation, and test results with precision
  • Liaise with labs and physician offices to ensure smooth communication
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while handling inquiries and requests
  • Keep our processes organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment

Who You Are

  • A proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills
  • Skilled in multitasking and time management
  • Strong communicator (verbal and written) with a customer-first mindset
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • ·Experienced in administrative roles (healthcare experience preferred)
  • Post-secondary education and 3+ years of relevant experience
