What You'll Do
- Schedule and facilitate medical assessments and follow-up appointments
- Manage patient charts, documentation, and test results with precision
- Liaise with labs and physician offices to ensure smooth communication
- Deliver outstanding customer service while handling inquiries and requests
- Keep our processes organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment
Who You Are
- A proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills
- Skilled in multitasking and time management
- Strong communicator (verbal and written) with a customer-first mindset
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- ·Experienced in administrative roles (healthcare experience preferred)
- Post-secondary education and 3+ years of relevant experience
