Job Summary
We are seeking a candidate who will work with the Operational Support team to support the day-to-day administrative business activities of the Vialto Partners, Immigration Law team. This role is 100% on-site at the assigned Vialto Partners office.
Job Responsibilities
Incoming mail - documenting contents, sorting, scanning, updating details of work in case management and data management systems, distributing to legal staff accordingly
Incoming faxes - monitoring incoming faxes, documenting contents, distributing to legal staff
Courier preparation - waybill creation, tracking of packages, contacting vendor to resolve issues related shipment delays
Printing, photocopying and scanning immigration applications - updating details of work in case management and data management systems
Coordinating support services with our internal Business Center
Assist with other administrative tasks or project based work, as required.
Education and Professional Certification
High school diploma required. A post-secondary education is an asset
Work Experience
1 - 3 years of experience working in an administrative role within a law firm or business support service center
Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is an asset
Experience with Google suite of products is an asset

This position follows straightforward guidelines and establishes practices, major issues are deferred to the team lead or manager to resolve

Compensation Range: $50,000 - $60,000 CAD
