The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Management Team Support professional to work closely with one of our top Influencer Management Teams. This role is ideal for anyone eager to launch or grow their career in talent management and influencer marketing, gaining hands-on experience across operations, recruitment, brand outreach, client management, and business development.

You will act as a central hub for the team: organizing data, managing pipelines, supporting client and talent communications, coordinating schedules and meetings, tracking key priorities, and contributing to the overall success of our talent roster and agency relationships. Key Responsibilities

- Assist with sponsorships and deals, including contract negotiation and invoicing

- Ensure timely and accurate communication between clients, talent, brands, and internal teams

- Liaise with Accounting to manage invoicing, payment tracking, and billing communications

- Assist with PR initiatives and inbound/outbound gifting

- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for the Talent Agent and Account Manager

- Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups for team meetingsPerform brand and agency outreach to strengthen partnerships and identify new opportunities

- Support the execution of projects focused on agency growth, creator initiatives, and cross-team collaboration

Your Profile

- Recent graduates in PR, Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant fields (internship experience is a plus)

- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detailPassion for influencer marketing, social media, and the creator economy

- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

- Strong communication skills and a professional, positive attitude

- A good eye for talent and understanding of what makes a creator stand out

- Eager to build a long-term career in talent management
