Job Summary

We're opening a brand-new Thai restaurant in Leslieville and are looking for a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape our bar program from the ground up, craft signature cocktails inspired by authentic Thai flavours, and create a warm, memorable experience for every guest.

The ideal candidate will have strong mixology skills, creativity, and a genuine passion for hospitality. As our Bartender, you will prepare and serve beverages with precision and flair, maintain a clean and organized bar, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that complements our modern Thai dining experience.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  • Manage inventory of bar supplies and order as necessary.
  • Adhere to all food safety and health regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Assist in training new staff members as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven bartending experience with strong mixology skills
  • Knowledge of Asian ingredients and wine pairing is a plus
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of food safety and cleanliness standards
