Part-Time Receptionist – Modern Dental Office (North Burnaby)

We're looking for a friendly, reliable Part-Time Receptionist to join our warm and supportive team in a state-of-the-art, fully digital dental office located in North Burnaby. This position is for 3 days a week (between Monday and Friday), with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role for the right candidate.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of dental reception experience – required
  • Proficiency with Tracker software – required
  • Able to work independently and confidently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Formal dental reception training is an asset, but not mandatory for the right person

Work Schedule:

  • Start Date: October 2025
  • Fixed Days / Hours (3 Days Between Mon–Fri):
  • Mon: 9am – 5pm
  • Tues: 11am – 7pm
  • Wed: 10am – 6pm or 11am – 7pm
  • Thurs: 9am – 5pm
  • Fri: 9am – 5pm
