Le comptable de fonds est responsable de la valorisation, de la comptabilité et du contrôle des portefeuilles d'investissement et des compartiments de fonds. Ce poste garantit des calculs précis et ponctuels de la valeur nette d'inventaire (VNI), la production de rapports réglementaires et l'intégrité des données financières, tout en collaborant avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.

Description du poste

Responsabilités principales :

  • Calcul de la VNI et valorisation des fonds
  • Rapprochement des liquidités, titres et transactions
  • Traitement des actions corporatives et appels de marge
  • Préparation des états financiers et support aux audits
  • Rapports réglementaires (BCL, CSSF, Annexe IV, Taxe d'abonnement)
  • Calcul des frais de gestion et de performance
  • Traitement des activités de capital (appels, distributions)
  • Comptabilisation mensuelle et trimestrielle de la VNI
  • Fourniture de données pour la facturation et la consolidation
  • Collaboration avec les équipes internes et les clients externes

Tâches supplémentaires :

  • Clôture intermédiaire et analyse documentaire
  • Mise à jour des checklists et des dossiers de travail
  • Téléchargement et vérification du pack VNI
  • Préparation du journal des requêtes et du fichier de révision VNI
  • Mise à jour du fichier de planification
  • Comptabilisation des écritures LOC et rapprochement bancaire
  • Comptabilisation de la VNI dans Yardi et collecte des preuves fiscales
  • Valorisation des actifs et calcul des intérêts
  • Calcul des waterfalls et des intérêts reportés
  • Maintenance de la base de données intersociétés
  • Cartographie SAP FC et reporting de consolidation
  • Complétion de la base PCS et intégration de nouveaux fonds
Exigences
  • Diplôme ou certification en comptabilité (BAC, DEP, DEC)
  • Expérience en comptabilité de fonds : calculs de VNI, rapprochements, états financiers
  • Connaissance des opérations de fonds (fonds spéculatifs, capital-investissement, administration de fonds)
  • Maîtrise des normes IFRS et US GAAP
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais
  • Compétences avancées en Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, VLOOKUP)

Overview

The Fund Accountant is responsible for the valuation, accounting, and control of investment portfolios and fund compartments. This role ensures timely and accurate Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations, regulatory reporting, and financial data integrity, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • NAV calculation and fund valuation
  • Cash, securities, and transaction reconciliation
  • Processing corporate actions and margin calls
  • Preparation of financial statements and audit support
  • Regulatory reporting (BCL, CSSF, Annex IV, Tax Abonnement)
  • Management and performance fee calculations
  • Capital activity processing (calls, distributions)
  • Monthly and quarterly NAV booking
  • Data provision for billing and consolidation
  • Collaboration with internal teams and external clients

Additional tasks:

  • Soft close and document analysis
  • Checklist and working paper updates
  • NAV pack download and completeness review
  • Query log and NAV review file preparation
  • Planning file updates
  • Posting LOC entries and cash reconciliation
  • Yardi NAV booking and VAT/TAX evidence collection
  • Asset valuation and interest calculations
  • Waterfall and carried interest calculations
  • Intercompany database maintenance
  • SAP FC mapping and fund consolidation reporting
  • PCS database completion and onboarding of new funds
Must Haves
  • Accounting diploma or certification (BAC, DEP, DEC)
  • Experience in fund accounting: NAV calculations, reconciliations, financial statements
  • Knowledge of fund operations (hedge funds, private equity, fund administration)
  • Familiarity with IFRS and US GAAP
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
Assets
  • Experience with fund consolidation and SAP FC
  • Familiarity with Yardi and SharePoint
  • Understanding of waterfall and carried interest calculations
