Responsabilités clés Comptabilité de Fonds & Contrôles
  • Valider et intégrer les opérations via les outils automatisés
  • Gérer les appels de marge, écritures manuelles et actions d'entreprise
  • Réconcilier les liquidités, titres, passifs et dividendes
  • Lancer et vérifier les calculs de VNI
  • Préparer et diffuser les rapports de gestion/comptabilité
  • Soutenir les audits et les demandes clients
  • Analyser les anomalies et proposer des améliorations
Reporting Réglementaire
  • Préparer les rapports pour les autorités réglementaires, banques centrales et clients
  • Assurer la conformité avec BCL, CSSF, Annexe IV et les obligations fiscales
Tâches supplémentaires
  • Analyse des packs VNI, allocation des frais, collecte des preuves fiscales
  • Réconciliation mensuelle des liquidités et comptabilisation trimestrielle des VNI
  • Calcul des frais de performance et intérêts portés
  • Consolidation des fonds et chargement SAP FC
  • Intégration des nouveaux fonds et mise à jour de la base PCS

Profil recherché
  • Diplôme en administration des affaires ou finance

Department: Private Equity and Real Estate Solutions

About the Role

Join our dynamic team, where we deliver tailored services to Private Equity, Real Estate, and Securitization funds. As a Fund Accountant, you'll be at the heart of portfolio valuation, accounting, and regulatory reporting. For experienced professionals, we also offer a Team Manager track to lead and elevate our operations.

Key Responsibilities Fund Accounting & Controls
  • Validate and upload operations via automated tools
  • Manage margin calls, manual entries, and corporate actions
  • Reconcile cash, securities, liabilities, and dividends
  • Launch and verify NAV calculations
  • Prepare and distribute management/accounting reports
  • Support audits and client requests
  • Analyze anomalies and suggest improvements
Regulatory Reporting
  • Prepare reports for regulatory bodies, central banks, and clients
  • Ensure compliance with BCL, CSSF, Annex IV, and tax reporting
Additional Tasks
  • NAV pack analysis, fee allocation, VAT/TAX evidence collection
  • Monthly cash reconciliation and quarterly NAV booking
  • Performance fee and carried interest calculations
  • Fund consolidation and SAP FC upload
  • New fund onboarding and PCS database completion

What You Bring
  • Degree in Business Administration or Finance
  • Expertise in Fund Accounting, NAV, Investment Accounting
  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
  • Management experience (for Team Manager role)

The pay range for this position is $ $40.00/hr.
