About the Role

As part of the Marketing Team, the
Digital Experience & SEO Specialist
owns the continuous improvement of Nordik's digital experience.

You'll be responsible for optimizing site performance, improving organic visibility, and increasing conversions through smart A/B testing, data-driven analysis, and modern SEO/AI optimization techniques.

This role combines technical know-how, creative problem-solving, and analytical thinking. You'll collaborate closely with content, performance, and sales teams to build a site experience that helps customers easily learn, compare, and convert — while ensuring Nordik stays highly visible and relevant across search and AI discovery platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Optimization & Conversion:
    Identify, test, and implement site enhancements that improve user experience and conversion rate performance. Manage ongoing A/B testing and CRO initiatives — from landing page layouts and CTAs to form experiences and navigation.

  • SEO Ownership:
    Lead all SEO strategy and execution, including keyword research, metadata, internal linking, schema markup, and content structure. Build and optimize new website pages, landing pages, and content hubs that align with search intent and customer interest.

  • AI Visibility & Structured Data (GEO / AIO):
    Implement structured data, tagging, and content architecture to ensure Nordik content is optimized for AI summaries, voice search, and next-gen discovery experiences.

  • Performance Analysis:
    Track and report on organic traffic, engagement metrics, and conversion trends. Translate data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for the marketing team.

  • Collaboration & Integration:
    Partner with content, paid media, and sales teams to align web content with campaigns, promotions, and customer tools. Work with marketing to ensure mid-funnel shopping experiences — such as configurators, galleries, or guides — are optimized for engagement and SEO.

  • Technical Implementation:
    Manage tagging, pixel tracking, and analytics configurations. Collaborate with developers directly to implement technical SEO and UX improvements. Build pages as needed in partnership with content to boost results.

  • Continuous Innovation:
    Test and recommend new optimization tools, automation, or AI-based solutions to stay ahead of market trends.

  • Site Experience Upgrades:
    Partner with web development to continually update and refine the experience online for customer or sales shopping assistance.

  • Nordik's website becomes a central tool for both discovery and conversion.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in website optimization, SEO, or digital performance roles.
  • Strong technical understanding of on-page SEO, structured data, and tagging best practices.
  • Experience managing A/B testing and CRO tools
  • Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest).
  • Experience building pages with HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
  • Familiarity with AI search trends and techniques for improving AI snippet and summary visibility.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting performance dashboards and KPIs.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Passion for data-driven experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
