Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Fine Dining Server to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Present menus, explain daily specials, and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
  • Upsell menu items to maximize guest satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
  • Monitor guest needs throughout their meal, providing assistance as necessary.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
  • Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations.

Skills

  • Experience in upselling techniques to enhance dining experiences.
  • Proficient in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
