Job Summary

We are seeking two experienced and skilled Tig Welder to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to work with precision and attention to detail. As a Tig Welder, you will be responsible for performing high-quality welds on various materials, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and specifications.

Duties

  • Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals according to project specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine welding requirements.
  • Operate various power tools and machinery including press brake machines and forklifts safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct inspections of completed welds to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
  • Utilize measuring tools such as calipers to verify dimensions and tolerances.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects within deadlines while maintaining safety protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is properly stored after use.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Tig Welder or similar role in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to welding tasks.
  • Familiarity with machining processes
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other heavy machinery safely
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
