This is a full-time on-site role for a Welder I, located in Richmond Hill, ON. The Welder I will be responsible for performing daily welding tasks including arc welding, TIG welding, and MIG welding. The role involves working with various materials, following blueprints and engineering instructions, ensuring the quality and precision of every welded piece, and maintaining welding tools and equipment.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding
  • Experience with Laser Welding is a bonus
  • Proficiency in general Welding techniques and best practices
  • Knowledge and experience working with different Materials used in welding processes
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision
  • Ability to follow blueprints and engineering instructions
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina
  • Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional welding certifications are beneficial
