**Position Scope**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform general activities related to the manufacturing industry such as loading/unloading, lifting, and moving material around the worksite
- Ensure equipment and worksite is organized and free of clutter, rubble, and garbage
- Assist machine operators, welders, assemblers, and other co‐workersLearn and assist with welding (TIG & MIG)
- Abide by the requirements of WorkSafeBC and the safety manual/ procedures
- Ensure all tools are properly maintained and stored
- Other general labour and manufacturing related duties as required

**Qualifications & Abilities**
- Able to work long hours
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Have steel-toed boots
- Able to follow instructions
- Able to work both independently as well as in a team setting
- Have positive can-do attitude
- Experience is an asset, however, full training will be provided
- Knowledge of welding would be an asset
