The Role

Launch your career at the intersection of AI and real-world operations. You'll map client workflows (healthcare + professional services), configure no-/low-code AI tools, build lightweight automations, and train end-users—turning ideas into outcomes with measurable ROI. ClinicFone is assisting with recruitment; the role sits within our partner division.

What you'll do

  • Discover & design:
    Run intake sessions, document current processes, identify automation/AI opportunities, and define success metrics.
  • Configure AI workflows:
    Set up and connect tools (e.g., OpenAI/Azure/GCP AI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Zapier/Make, Google Workspace/365, simple RPA) to solve specific business problems.
  • Prompt & evaluate:
    Write prompts, create guardrails, run small evaluations for quality, bias, privacy, and cost.
  • Data wrangling (lightweight):
    Clean and join data using spreadsheets/SQL or APIs when needed; produce simple dashboards or reports.
  • Deploy & train:
    Pilot with early users, iterate from feedback, create SOPs, and deliver short training sessions.
  • Measure impact:
    Track KPIs (time saved, error reduction, turnaround), report outcomes, and recommend next steps.
  • Privacy & compliance:
    Follow Canadian privacy rules (PIPEDA, PHIPA; Law 25 familiarity is a plus) and data-handling standards.

What you bring (must-haves)

  • Recent degree or equivalent projects in CS, Data/Stats, Engineering, Business/Health Informatics, or similar.
  • Hands-on with
    Python or JavaScript (basic)
    OR strong
    no-code
    skills and API thinking.
  • Comfort with
    LLMs/GenAI
    concepts and prompt design; curiosity to learn fast.
  • Clear written/verbal communication; strong client empathy and facilitation skills.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Nice to have (assets)

  • Experience with Microsoft 365/SharePoint, Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, Power BI/Tableau/Looker.
  • Basic SQL/pandas, REST APIs, Postman, or webhook integrations.
  • Healthcare exposure (EMRs such as TELUS PS Suite, Accuro, OSCAR) or PHIPA workflows.
