To handle this demand, we are expanding our founding team. We are looking for a Founding Gen AI Solutions Specialist (Remote - US/Canada). This role is foundational to our technical GTM—you will be expected to master our unique proprietary architecture so you can speak the language of developers, sell technical value, and build a GTM engine from the ground up. Mission & Responsibilities Close Technical Wins: Own and close inbound deals by selling our infrastructure platform directly to Engineers, Data Scientists, and AI leaders. Execute TVAs (Technical Value Agreements): Master the POC process. Partner with Solutions Engineers to validate and prove quantifiable value, ensuring successful customer outcomes. Be the Customer's Engineer: Provide real-time support and build deep trust by being actively present in customer Slack channels to solve technical integration hurdles. Drive Technical Mastery & Development: Systematically capture and internalize complex solutions into structured documentation, serving as the go-to expert for our proprietary architecture. This includes actively mentoring early‑stage developers on leveraging Moorcheh's unique, efficient features. Build Scale: Proactively design, test, and optimize our initial GTM processes and systems (CRM, automation) to lay the foundation for hyper‑growth. Strategic Honesty: Act as a trusted advisor, having the conviction to provide truthful answers and disqualify opportunities that are not a genuine fit. Technical & Foundational Requirements Deep Technical Fluency: You can read and critique API documentation and speak credibly about vector indexing, RAG architectures, and database trade‑offs. Infrastructure Experience: Proven track record selling VectorDBs, search, or infrastructure software directly to developer teams. GTM Automation: Hands‑on experience leveraging advanced GTM automation tools. Code Comfort: Functional familiarity with Python/JavaScript to validate use cases and assist with early‑stage customers. Systematic Discipline: Exhibit rigorous discipline in pipeline management and forecasting. Foundational Mindset High‑Velocity: You match the urgency of the AI market and move deals forward decisively. Autonomous Owner: You require minimal oversight, possessing the initiative to identify problems and build solutions from scratch. Technical Translator: Exceptional writer capable of distilling complex concepts into simple, persuasive proposals.
