Wisedocs is on a mission to make it easy and accessible for any company in the insurance, legal and medical space to understand medical documents quickly using AI (Artificial Intelligence). Every week, we process hundreds of thousands of pages of documents, saving our customers hours and hours of manual processing time, and helping them process medical claims much more quickly.
We are searching for our first **Implementation Manager. **This position involves overseeing the implementation process for new accounts. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience across our customer segments, ensuring a fast TTV. You will design a world-class implementation program that has customers feeling immensely engaged and happy with their onboarding experience, whether that be a pilot or full implementation program. You will lead, mentor, and coach our fearlessly capable and passionate implementation specialists. You will provide solutions to technical (API and SFTP primarily) and non-technical implementations.
Beyond this, you will work cross functionally with the Sales, Customer Success, Operations and Product teams to ensure we are continuously delivering against customer requirements.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and own the Wisedocs Implementation program
- Mentor, support, and coach Implementation specialists
- Collaborate cross functionally with other teams to deliver against customer requirements.
- Travel from time to time (under 10% across the US and Canada) for customer implementations.
- Own the success of pilots and proof of concepts, delivering a high conversion rate.
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Industry experience and education preferred
- You understand medical records or have been exposed to clinical work
- 2+ years running successful Enterprise Implementations and POCs
- Technical understandings - you understand what we mean when we say API, SFTP, and you understand how to oversee an implementation with these in mind
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills to connect with all layers within the organization
- Extreme ownership: you find a problem; you bring the solution to the finish line
