Trade Compliance Analyst
in a dynamic, fast-paced role covering a fixed-term maternity leave. This is your chance to be part of a global aviation leader while making a real impact on international trade operations.
As a Trade Compliance Analyst ("TC Analyst"), you'll be at the heart of customs and export control activities for CHC / Heli-One entities across Canada, Brazil, and the USA, with opportunities to support global operations. As part of the global Trade Compliance team, you'll tackle complex regulatory challenges and collaborate across borders to support key initiatives.
What You'll Do
Partner with the Trade Compliance team:
- Drive Center of Excellence (COE) initiatives that shape global compliance strategy
- Lead customs and export control compliance reviews with precision and insight
- Solve ad hoc regulatory issues with agility and expertise
- Build relationships with customs and export control authorities to streamline operations
- Own the day-to-day management of critical compliance documentation
What You Bring
- Active pursuit of certification with the Canadian Society of Customs Brokers
- Accredited customs specialist or equivalent hands-on experience
- Deep understanding of international shipping and logistics
- Self-starter attitude with a knack for working independently
- Excellent communicator and team collaborator
- Strong verbal and written skills to navigate complex regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general IT tools
- Top-tier organizational and administrative capabilities
