Job type: Part-time, permanent
Hours are estimated to be: approx hours, increasing to 24-32 during peak season
Expected hourly pay range: $20.00 per hour

Job Overview: We are looking for an E-Commerce Inventory and Order Processor to join our e-commerce operations team located at our Chester street office in Vancouver, British Columbia. The E-Commerce Inventory and Order Processor is responsible for ensuring our online customers receive exactly what they ordered—beautifully packaged, on time, and in perfect condition.
You'll be part of a supportive, collaborative team working in a fast-paced environment. The role ramps up to full-time hours during our busiest seasons, with part-time hours the rest of the year, offering flexibility for your lifestyle.
You will get the opportunity to:
Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Accurately pick, scan, and pack customer orders using our Warehouse Management System
- Follow strict quality and packaging standards to ensure premium unboxing experience
- Verify order contents to prevent errors and maintain our high customer satisfaction rate
- Label and prepare shipments for carriers according to daily schedules and cut-off times
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily and seasonal targets
Inventory Management & Accuracy
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile stock discrepancies
- Assist with receiving, inspecting, labeling, and storing incoming goods
- Report low stock levels or product issues to supervisors to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Support replenishment activities to keep pick areas well stocked
- Organize inventory clear from aisles
You will be a good fit if you:
- Have previous experience in warehousing, fulfillment, retail stock, or inventory control (preferred but not required—we provide training)
- Are detail-oriented and accurate and take pride in getting things right the first time
- Can lift and move boxes up to ~30 lbs and work on your feet for most of your shift
- Are have computer skills and are comfortable using technology, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel), Syteline)
- Are a reliable team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills
- Are flexible and available for the increased demands of our busiest holiday seasons
