Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Body Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of auto body repair processes, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to produce accurate estimates. As an Estimator, you'll play a key role in helping customers understand repair needs and costs while supporting the team in providing timely, high-quality repair services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate damage on vehicles and provide detailed repair estimates.
  • Communicate with customers to explain the repair process, timelines, and costs.
  • Collaborate with insurance adjusters to ensure accuracy in estimates and approvals.
  • Document repair details and maintain records of all estimates and customer interactions.
  • Ordering all parts and materials
  • Work with the repair team to provide insights on parts, labor, and repair methods.
  • Follow up with customers regarding updates on repairs and answer any questions.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry standards, repair techniques, and estimating software.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in auto body estimating, collision repair, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with estimating software Mitchell, Bodyshop Connect, Audatex and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Tesla EPC online catalogue, a benefit.
  • This is an in-office position, remote work not available
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and repair processes.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
