**Key Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate damage on vehicles and provide detailed repair estimates.
- Communicate with customers to explain the repair process, timelines, and costs.
- Collaborate with insurance adjusters to ensure accuracy in estimates and approvals.
- Document repair details and maintain records of all estimates and customer interactions.
- Work with the repair team to provide insights on parts, labor, and repair methods.
- Follow up with customers regarding updates on repairs and answer any questions.
- Maintain knowledge of industry standards, repair techniques, and estimating software.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in auto body estimating, collision repair, or a related field.
- Proficiency with estimating software Mitchell, Bodyshop Connect, Audatex and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Tesla EPC online catalogue, a benefit.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and repair processes.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
