We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive team performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the customer service department, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of customer service representatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Negotiate with customers when necessary to reach satisfactory resolutions while maintaining company standards.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills in customer service.
Skills
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams in a customer-focused environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
