You will use your advanced organizational and customer service skills to support the high-volume Talent Acquisition team by:
Managing job boards and posting (internal and external) Ensuring candidate inquiries are responded to accurately and in line with department service levelsScreening applications and conduct initial interviews as requiredOrganizing recruitment events with external partners such as agencies and educational institutionsSupporting pre-employment candidate testing processConducting and completing candidate pre-employment conditions such as background checks and government clearanceTracking and generating regular recruitment reports and metricsProviding insights and recommendations on recruitment practices with an aim for continuous improvement and process effectivenessSupport Bilingual recruitment and selection processesWhat you bring to PASS:
You are a valid RAIC holder or are able to obtain your Transport Security Clearance (upon successful hire) and are a Canadian Citizen or PRYou are 18 or olderYou have a clear criminal background recordYou have a minimum 1-year experience in a similar roleIdeal candidate will have post secondary in HR certificate/diploma/degree in HR or related field You have fluency in English and French, verbal and written You are able to effectively and collaboratively work in a team environmentYou have a demonstrated ability to communicate well across various audiences and stakeholders with diplomacy, tact and confidentialityYou have a keen eye for detail and hold yourself accountable to high standardsYou thrive in high volume, fast paced and evolving environment.Position open until filled.
