Security Change Control Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
As a Security Change Control Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing controls necessary to ensure and protect the integrity and security of all information systems, including prevention of intentional or inadvertent access. Your main responsibilities will be to evaluate, analyze and provide response to end-user requests for security assistance. You will ensure that requests comply with Information Systems data security policies and procedures and best practices in segregation of duties. You will maintain contact with end-users with regards to sign-on and access problems and be responsible for monitoring access rules and violation reports. Your role will include the assignment of access privileges as required by security policies, such as reset passwords, add user id/accounts, establish/access rules, change access and implement policies using best practices. You will research security issues and provide evaluations and recommendations. You will also provide suggestions on how to utilize the software to improve the protection of data and prepare software operational procedures and guidelines related to the security process.
What We're Looking For:
Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate initiative and innovation.
Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
What You'll Need:
University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
A minimum of seven (7) years of progressive IT experience, with emphasis on security systems, software management and database systems.
Experience in Active Directory and administering ERP security (specifically JDE EnterpriseOne) would be considered an asset.
