Title Physician Recruitment & Retention Coordiantor Practice Setting Job Description Family Physician to provide clinic services as well as Hospital In Patient/LTC and share in the ER rotation Job Requirements End Date: Dec 31, 2025 Medical Specialization: Family Medicine Schedule Type: Partial or Part Time Normal Work Hours: Regular office hours and ER on call Schedule Description: Regular clinic hours Monday-Friday and share in the ER on call rotation with other physicians Daily Average Patient Volume: 30 Number of Physicians in the practice group: 9 Number of Physicians in local practice available to provide service during the locum period: 7 Number of Physicians sharing the call roster: 9 Total number of Physicians in the Clinic: 9 Languages used in practice: English Will the physician be required to ER: Y Additional Certification Required: ACLS, CMPA Type of EMR System: Accuro EMR Dedicated Computer for Physician Use: Y High Speed Internet: Y Physician Parking Available: staff parking at clinic and Health Centre Local ambulance service: Y Access to Referral Centre by: Road Referral Centre: Work Environment Details: This busy medical clinic offers trained clinic staff and fully functioning Accuro EMR. The Swan Valley Health Centre was completed in 2005 with 36 acute care beds, 16 extended treatment beds and 2 Personal care homes that total 115 beds. The Emergency department is on-site, staffed 24-hour ER with 3 shifts. This community services 12,000+ residents and is home to the most scenic country side in Manitoba. The new Swan Valley Primary Care Centre opened in July, 2015 and currently has 9 physicians providing clinic coverage to the community.
