Ton rôle : Customer Success Manager

En tant que Customer Success Manager, tu seras le champion de nos clients. Ton objectif sera de leur garantir une utilisation optimale de nos solutions, tout en anticipant leurs besoins et en leur fournissant une expérience exceptionnelle.

Tes missions :

Onboarding Client : Guider les nouveaux clients pour une adoption facile et efficace de notre plateforme.
Suivi Proactif : Identifier les besoins et prévenir les éventuels obstacles.
Support et Formation : Répondre aux questions clients, proposer des formations et les aider à maximiser la valeur de nos outils.
Ambassadeur Client : Transformer nos clients en véritables ambassadeurs de la marque, générateurs de recommandations.
Analyse et Optimisation : Collecter les retours clients pour améliorer continuellement nos solutions.

Tes responsabilités clés :

  • Suivi des KPI Client : Maîtriser les données clients pour garantir leur succès à long terme.
  • Coordination Interne : Collaborer avec nos équipes Produit, Sales et Support pour assurer une expérience fluide.
  • Upsell Intelligent : Identifier des opportunités pour aider nos clients à croître avec nos solutions.

Ce que nous recherchons chez toi : Ton profil :

Expérience :

  • Minimum 3 à 5 ans dans un rôle Customer Success ou relation client.
  • Une expérience dans le SaaS est indispensable .
  • Des connaissances en construction ? Atout bonus .

Compétences techniques :

  • Expertise en gestion CRM (HubSpot si possible).
  • Capacité à analyser des données client pour fournir des recommandations stratégiques.
  • À l'aise pour communiquer avec différents niveaux hiérarchiques, des utilisateurs aux décideurs.

Soft skills :

  • Empathie : Tu comprends parfaitement les défis des clients.
  • Autonomie : Tu prends des initiatives pour créer de la valeur.
  • Orientation Résultat : Tu trouves des solutions efficaces, même sous pression.

Your Role : Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be our client champion. Your mission is to ensure they achieve the full potential of our solutions while anticipating their needs and delivering an exceptional experience.

Your Missions :

Client Onboarding : Guide new clients for smooth and effective platform adoption.
Proactive Monitoring : Identify needs and address potential obstacles.
Support and Training : Answer client questions, deliver training, and help them maximize the value of our tools.
Client Advocacy : Turn our clients into brand ambassadors and referral sources.
Feedback Analysis : Collect insights to improve our solutions continually.

Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Client KPI Tracking : Master client data to ensure long-term success.
  • Internal Collaboration : Work closely with Product, Sales, and Support teams for seamless experiences.
  • Smart Upselling : Identify opportunities for clients to grow with our solutions.

What We're Looking for in You : Your Profile :

Experience :

  • 3 to 5 years in a Customer Success or client-facing role.
  • SaaS experience is essential .
  • Knowledge of the construction industry? Bonus star awarded.

Technical Skills :

  • CRM expertise (preferably HubSpot).
  • Ability to analyze customer data and offer strategic recommendations.
  • Comfortable communicating with all levels, from end-users to decision-makers.
