Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates and a commitment to helping clients achieve their fitness goals. As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead classes, provide personalized instruction, and foster a welcoming environment for all participants. Bilingual candidates who can communicate in both English and French are highly encouraged to apply.

Duties

  • Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals and groups of varying skill levels.
  • Provide personalized instruction and modifications to accommodate different fitness levels and needs.
  • Develop class plans that incorporate various Pilates techniques and principles.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for all participants, ensuring equipment is properly set up and maintained.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership by motivating clients and encouraging them to reach their personal fitness goals.
  • Manage class schedules effectively, ensuring timely starts and finishes while respecting participants' time.

Experience

  • Previous experience as a Pilates Instructor or in a similar fitness role is preferred.
  • Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and French; bilingual candidates are highly valued.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Proven time management abilities to handle multiple classes and client needs efficiently.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and promote a positive atmosphere within the studio environment.
