We're Hiring: Certified Reformer Pilates Instructors (Starting February 2026)

Location: 3483 av. du Parc

Position: Contract

Start Date: Early February 2026

Spin Énergie is expanding — and we're opening our brand-new Reformer Pilates room, featuring 8 reformers, in early 2026. We're looking for certified Reformer Pilates instructors to join our team as independent contractors.

  • Class blocks available:
  • Weekday mornings
  • Weekday lunch hours

  • Weekend mornings to early afternoon

Who You Are

  • Certified in Reformer Pilates (recognized training program)
  • Teaching experience is an asset
  • Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
  • Bilingual (English + French) — required
  • Comfortable cueing, offering corrections, and adapting movements for different levels
  • Passionate about community and creating a welcoming class environment

What You'll Do

  • Teach Reformer Pilates classes for small groups (up to 8 clients)
  • Deliver a consistent, safe, and motivating experience aligned with Spin Énergie's culture
  • Maintain a clean, organized environment before and after classes
  • Build rapport with clients and contribute to our strong community feel
  • Participate in special initiatives or events as needed
