This Café is a showcase for our passion for coffee, and we are looking for an individual who shares this passion to take on the role of Café Manager.

We are about absolute excellence in this Café and are looking for an individual who would be motivated and enthusiastic in leading a team of coffee professionals.

Café Manager

Our Café Managers are the key to bring PACT to life in each café and community. Through sharing a love of coffee, building a thriving, inspired and Knowledgeable team, driving financial success, and building a meeting place in their communities.

We'd Love To Hear From Those With

· 2 years retail / customer service management experience, coffee experience

· Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

· Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment

· Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team with professional maturity

· Minimum High School or GED

Requirements

· Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply.

· Ability to work full time; including variable hour, early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays.
