Description of responsibilities

  • Safely operate hotel shuttle to transport guests to and from the airport and other assigned destinations in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Assist guests with luggage and ensure a welcoming and professional experience during all transportation services.
  • Conduct regular shuttle inspections, check fuel levels, cleanliness, and report any maintenance needs.
  • Respond to guest transportation requests and coordinate with the Front Desk for timely pickups and drop-offs.
  • Perform hotel errands such as purchasing supplies and transporting goods for various departments.
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing hotel inventory; keep storerooms clean and orderly.
  • Help maintain accurate records of inventory levels and notify management of stock shortages.
  • Support Housekeeping and Front Desk with delivery of guest items or special requests.
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards; anticipate and address service needs promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain clean and professional appearance, adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management immediately.
  • Assist individuals with disabilities and provide mobility-related support as needed.
  • Comply with all driving regulations and maintain a valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Must be sales-minded when interacting with guests, offering suggestions or hotel services when appropriate.
  • Communicate clearly and courteously with guests and team members; support team to achieve common goals.
  • Follow checklists and assigned daily tasks as directed by Supervisors or Management.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned, including assisting with front office or housekeeping support when necessary.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$16.25 per hour
