We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales & Operations Intern to join our team starting from May till late August.
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a university
.
This role is primarily office-based, providing hands-on experience in backend sales operations, pricing support, data management, and administrative work that supports the sales team.

In addition to office responsibilities, the intern will work closely with the sales team to occasionally support on-premise and off-premise accounts, assist with merchandising and field activities, and help build brand awareness. This internship is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in sales, marketing, hospitality, or the wine and spirits industry who wants real-world exposure to both the operational foundation and relationship-driven side of beverage alcohol sales and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

Backend & Operations Support

  • Assist in building and updating price lists
  • Use internal support systems to maintain accurate product and account information
  • Help build foundational operational tools and processes
  • Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets for pricing, inventory, and sales tracking

Administrative & Data Support

  • Organize and maintain sales and pricing documentation
  • Support reporting and data entry projects
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve workflow efficiency

Sales & Field Support

  • Assist sales representatives during account visits
  • Support merchandising efforts in retail accounts, including shelf organization and displays
  • Help with on-the-road sales activities and route support
  • Participate in tastings, promotions, and special events where permitted

Qualifications

  • Interest in sales, operations, business, or the wine and spirits industry
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
  • Comfortable working both in an office setting and in the field
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

*The candidate must be currently enrolled in a college or university program and eligible to receive academic credit for the internship
