JOB SUMMARY - Come help bring our new gourmet hotdogs to life We're looking for someone with a passion for hospitality and creativity. You'll need to liaise with suppliers, other staff and management to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Opening/Closing Kitchen
  • Maintenance of Daily/Weekly & Periodic Deep Clean Duties
  • Food prep
  • Manage all aspects of the kitchen alongside the General Manager
  • Help establish "Escape Manor" as a premiere entertainment brand in the city
  • Enable a fun work environment and ensure productivity
  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen, BOH and all Food Storage areas
  • Develop storage and inventory systems for Supplies and Sundries
  • Ensure venue is fully stocked with all necessary supplies and backups

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.25 per hour
