Available Positions

  • Sidewalk Crew Leaders
  • Sidewalk Crew Members

What You'll Do

  • Clear snow from sidewalks, walkways, steps, and entrances
  • Apply salt and de-icing materials as required
  • Safely operate snow blowers, sidewalk machines, and salting equipment
  • Ensure work meets company safety and quality standards
  • Perform equipment checks before and after use
  • Communicate with dispatch and complete digital timesheets
  • (Crew Leaders) Supervise and direct a small team during snow events

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of snow removal or grounds maintenance experience preferred
  • Leadership or supervisory experience (Crew Leaders only)
  • Ability to work outdoors in harsh winter weather
  • Reliable transportation to the shop or route start point
  • Comfortable using mobile devices for communication and reporting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license (G-Class or higher preferred)
  • Clean driving abstract an asset
  • Physically fit to handle shoveling and equipment operation
  • Must be available 24/7 during snow events, including nights, weekends, and holidays
