Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Installer Apprentice to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn and develop installation skills under the guidance of experienced professionals in our field. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the setup and installation process during remodel and renovation projects, following company protocols and safety guidelines.

  • Participate in on-the-job training with senior installers to gain practical experience and technical skills.

  • Prepare and organize tools and materials for scheduled installations.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under supervision.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

  • Physical ability to lift up construction materials, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.

  • Valid driver's licence.

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: $17.60 per hour
