Used Car Sales Consultant – Toronto (York, ON)

Full-Time | Base Salary + Commission | LMIA / SINP / RCIP Support Available for Qualified Candidates

Locations:

  • Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan – Operating since 2022
  • New Location Opening Jan 1, 2025 – 1080 Weston Road, York, Toronto

Soni Auto Market is expanding into Toronto. We're not looking for order-takers—we're looking for skilled, sales-driven professionals who can build our second location from the ground up. If you know how to sell used cars, handle paperwork, and close deals consistently, this is your opportunity.

We will only consider LMIA/SINP/RCIP sponsorship for candidates who are experienced, committed, and ready to deliver results. Sponsorship is available ONLY for the Saskatchewan location after probation.

Who We're Looking For:

An experienced automotive sales professional who:

  • Understands used cars, features, financing, and customer psychology
  • Can engage, negotiate, and close without hand-holding
  • Knows how to build trust with buyers and handle objections
  • Can manage listings, walk-ins, appointments, and paperwork efficiently
  • Is looking for a long-term career, not a shortcut for PR or work permit

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage walk-in and online customers professionally
  • Present vehicle history, features, and pricing clearly and confidently
  • Conduct test drives, handle trade-ins, and explain financing options
  • Prepare accurate bills of sale, OMVIC/SGI forms, financing documents, warranty disclaimers
  • Create and manage vehicle listings on Marketplace, CarGurus, dealership website
  • Follow up with leads, negotiate effectively, and close sales
  • Maintain showroom presentation and vehicle lot standards

Minimum Requirements (Don't apply if you don't meet most):

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Prior automotive sales experience (priority) or strong proven sales track record
  • Knowledge of used vehicles, condition assessment, financing, warranties, history reports
  • Able to handle paperwork: bill of sale, disclosures, financing forms, registration paperwork
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be legally allowed to work in Canada
  • Interested in building a long-term career—not just seeking sponsorship

Sponsorship Options:

  • LMIA, SINP, RNIP support ONLY for Saskatchewan location for proven performers after probation
  • Not for people looking for easy PR—not interested in temporary or short-term workers
