Marsim Auto Group is a fast-growing family owned automotive dealer group located across from Yorkdale Mall. **About the Role**
As a New Car Sales Manager, you’ll support and lead our sales team in achieving performance targets and maximizing client satisfaction. You’ll take ownership of key responsibilities like managing new car inventory, training new team members, and fostering positive client relationships. This role requires strategic oversight, hands-on support for closing deals, and a deep understanding of industry standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Leadership & Training**: Oversee and coach the sales team, monitor targets, and provide training to enhance team performance.
- **Inventory Management**: Ensure an optimized and well-presented inventory, monitor unsold units, and handle dealer trades as needed.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Resolve customer concerns, review customer satisfaction ratings daily, and ensure an exceptional buying experience.
- **Performance Tracking**: Implement sales tracking tools, monitor productivity, manage monthly sales and CSI targets, and analyze sales reports.
- **Program Updates & Communication**: Keep the team updated on the latest new car programs, federal and provincial regulations, and vehicle features.
- **Lot Management**: Oversee showroom displays and outdoor lot organization to ensure an attractive and damage-free presentation.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in automotive sales management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Proficiency with dealership management software (PBS experience an asset)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a positive team environment
- Up-to-date knowledge of federal, provincial, and municipal regulations for automotive sales

Pay: $33,100.00-$164,890.00 per year
Additional pay:
