Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers in-person, online, and over the phone to understand their vehicle needs
  • Sell used vehicles with professionalism and confidence
  • Upsell additional products (warranties, accessories, etc.) to increase revenue
  • Negotiate effectively while building strong customer relationships
  • Relocate vehicles as needed (must have a valid G2 or G driver's license)
  • Create and post 2 high-energy video reels per week—being camera shy won't work here
  • Follow up with leads and past customers to drive repeat business

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience in sales (automotive preferred but not required)
  • Strong upselling and negotiation abilities
  • A valid G2 or G driver's license
  • Comfortable being on camera for social content
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a great team player
