The AI-powered software decarbonises and drives sustainability across the construction value chain with scientific, easy-to-use, automated life-cycle assessment (LCA) and environmental product declarations (EPDs) to calculate and reduce the environmental impacts of building, infrastructure, and renovation projects and products.

You will join a supportive, effective, and mission-oriented team in a flexible, friendly and international work environment and have a great deal of autonomy in your role.

This full-time, permanent position is available on a remote basis for candidates based in Canada.

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with our customers as the basis for revenue expansion and retention

  • Own and manage our renewals so that this compelling event is maximised as much as possible

  • Identify, nurture, and close expansion opportunities, utilising our impactful array of products for cross-sell and effectively white space mapping your portfolio

  • Use the data at your disposal and work closely with CS Ops to proactively identify customers at risk of churn and work across teams to find solutions to retain them

  • Work closely with colleagues in the North American market team to act on industry opportunities, attend events and back up marketing campaigns

  • Proactively segment and sort accounts under your management to ensure your time is spent targeting the right customers, in the right order

  • There are plenty of opportunities to drive improvements in the way we retain and grow our customer base. You will be expected to seize them and be a changemaker for the better

  • You are an orchestrator and a collaborator. You know you can't win every retention battle or expansion opportunity on your own, and you know when to engage sales, product, CS or others to maximise the chances of success

  • You are metrics-driven. You thrive on challenging individual and team targets

  • Proficiency in English, as it is our working language
