Our FI client is looking for a Content Designer/ UX Copywriter to join their team. This will be for 6+ months, 40 hours per week and onsite 4x per week downtown.

Key Responsibilities:

Write and structure content for digital experiences, including web and mobile interfaces.

Collaborate with UX designers and product teams to create content that supports usability and clarity.

Simplify complex financial concepts into user-friendly language.

Apply content strategy principles to maintain consistency across channels.

Conduct content audits and contribute to governance frameworks.

Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2-5 years in content design, UX writing, or content strategy for digital products.

Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered content for web or mobile applications.

Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma) and design systems.

Understanding of UX principles and accessibility best practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
