ARE YOU WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

Under the supervision of the General Manager, the incumbent is responsible for maintaining the sports complex. This role's key aspect is ensuring exceptional service by keeping the building and equipment in optimal working order. With the help of their team, the foreman is responsible for carrying out new and preventive maintenance tasks on industrial electrical equipment and the electrical controls for this equipment.

WHAT YOU OFFER

As the ideal candidate, you have experience in team management and general building maintenance. You are an industrial electrician, an Electromechanic or a mechanical tech at journeyman level, with relevant experience in sectors requiring mastery of systems such as HVAC, compressors, boilers and electric motors.

With a valid driver's license, you can work in a bilingual environment, with a good command of written and spoken English and French. You have a reputation for fostering outstanding relationships with colleagues and customers and excel in environments where patience, caring, attention to detail and multi-tasking are essential.

Your ability to communicate clearly and concisely is one of your strengths, as is your ability to confidently present opinions based on reliable risk analysis. You are organized, results-oriented and able to manage priorities wisely.

With astute attention to detail, you have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strong listening skills. This allows you to build strong relationships by cultivating an open, honest and fair work environment.

With a wealth of experience and relevant knowledge, you lead by example and actively contribute to realizing the organization's shared vision.
