Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, mechanical knowledge, and experience in maintenance and repair of refrigeration units. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring optimal performance of refrigeration systems in various settings.

Duties

  • Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems and components.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure systems operate efficiently.
  • Work with plumbing and welding as needed for system installations and repairs.
  • Read and interpret schematics to diagnose problems effectively.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and tradespeople on larger projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all work.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Refrigeration Technician or similar role.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on HVAC systems.
  • Familiarity with plumbing, welding, boiler systems, and appliance repair is preferred.
  • Experience in construction or related fields is a plus.
  • Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.

Pay: $58,000.00-$67,200.00 per year
