An expanding and progressive, locally owned and operated, insurance brokerage is in search of a qualified insurance professional to join our dynamic team The Customer Service Representative will work to support our entire team in providing exceptional service to our clients.

Required Qualifications:

· High school diploma

· Willingness to learn (training provided)

· Excellent communications skills and attention to detail

· Strong time management skills

· Positive, personable attitude

· Motivated self-starter, with an ability to function effectively with others in a team environment

· Commitment to delivering superior client service

Preferred (but not required Qualifications:

· Level 1 General Insurance License

· Previous Experience in an Insurance Brokerage

· Post-secondary education and/or CAIB or CIP Designation.
