Partnership and Relationships Coordinator

Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week

Role Overview
The Partnership Research & Engagement Volunteer will support the expansion of our employer and organizational partnership network by researching prospective partners, identifying key decision-makers, and keeping partnership information up to date on the Master Partner Tracking Sheet.
This role is ideal for someone interested in building experience in partnership development, employer engagement, or workforce development within the tech and nonprofit sectors. The volunteer will play an important part in strengthening pathways for youth entering careers in tech sales, AI support, and Splunk administration through the A2I program.
Key Responsibilities
- Research potential partner organizations aligned with program goals and target industries (e.g., tech, SaaS, sales, AI, and workforce development).
- Identify key contacts such as Talent Acquisition Leads, HR Managers, Employer Relations staff, and Community Partnership Coordinators.
- Gather accurate contact details (LinkedIn profile, email, phone, location) and add them to the Master Partner Tracking Sheet.
- Record engagement dates and notes on outreach or follow-up activities.
- Monitor employer and industry trends to identify emerging partnership opportunities.
- Support email and LinkedIn outreach efforts by preparing short drafts, notes, or templates for review.
- Maintain a clean, accurate, and updated database of all active and prospective partners.
- Provide weekly summaries of new contacts added, follow-up actions, and key opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong research and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable using , Google Sheets, and LinkedIn for professional research and tracking.
- Strong written communication and note-taking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Interest in partnerships, workforce development, tech industry pathways, or nonprofit engagement.
Time Commitment
- Approximately 10 hours per week, flexible scheduling.
- Minimum 6-month commitment preferred.
