The Partnerships team is a fast-moving, growth-oriented group focused on scaling our partner network and driving revenue impact. We collaborate across the business to build strong relationships, streamline onboarding, and deliver a world-class partner experience. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where speed, organization, and impact matter, you'll feel right at home here.As a Partnerships Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in helping us acquire new partners and ensure a seamless onboarding journey. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you'll manage partnership pipelines, coordinate cross-functional workflows, and help translate partnership opportunities into revenue. You'll work closely with teams like Legal, Compliance, and Customer Onboarding to move partners through key milestones, maintain an accurate forecast in HubSpot, and align to quarterly growth targets.What will you do?Business Development SupportAssist in identifying new partnership opportunities through research on potential partners and market trendsSchedule and coordinate meetings with prospective partners to present our value proposition and capture customer insightsCross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with Legal, Compliance, Onboarding, and Account Management teams to support partnership initiatives and merchant onboardingStreamline and facilitate communication across departments to ensure an efficient onboarding experience and strengthen the overall partner experiencePartner Relationship ManagementMaintain regular contact with partners to nurture long-term relationships and identify merchant onboarding opportunitiesCollect partner feedback on growth potential, market competition, and other key insights to help inform strategic decisionsSales Progress ReportingKeep HubSpot and other internal systems updated with accurate partnership status, new leads, and pipeline opportunities.Provide the Head of Partnerships with clear, timely updates and ensure data accuracy across internal systems including CRM and data analytics tools.What we are looking for:1-3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related roleExperience with payment solutions is a significant plus.Excellent communication skills and a knack for building relationships across diverse internal and external stakeholdersProficiency with CRM tools for managing pipelines and tracking against quotas.
