Job Overview

We are seeking an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our friendly team on a part-time (Mon/Wed/Fri) basis and for a 3-month contract term. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, from invoicing to payment processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on a timely basis

  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies

  • Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records

  • Conduct data entry tasks using Yardi software

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and discrepancies

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role

  • Familiarity with accounting software and systems

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
