About the job:

In this role, you will partner with an assigned portfolio of new clients to help them develop their first online advertising campaigns with the opportunity to have a significant impact on their business. It is a target-driven environment, where you will work towards individual targets and be part of a larger onboarding team.

Annual Base Salary starts at $40,000 with earning potential up to $54,000 based on maximizing bonus and in-year increments.

Responsibilities:
  • Pitch and impact assigned customers in accordance with training provided, standards and policies with a focus on deep-level insights, customer success, upsell strategy, and strong relationship management.
  • Serve as a trusted consultant with customers to onboard, develop and optimize advertiser's campaigns.
  • Interpret and develop business plans focused on driving customer goal achievement.
  • Hit productivity, upsell, and customer impact targets.
  • Handle a moderate volume of potential clients on a daily basis through outbound and inbound calls, aligning support with opportunities.
  • Manage daily activities independently and proactively based on customer needs and incentives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, College degree or equivalent Degree.
  • 1-year minimum experience in consultative Selling: managing a portfolio of customers, identifying customers/partners' needs, focusing on customer goals, results and client satisfaction.
  • Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, and task points, compliance and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to pitch on the phone and compose compelling proposals.
  • Proven track record of target overachievement, strong sales attitude and desire to meet and overachieve multiple KPIs and Sales Quotas.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads or any Digital Marketing tool, understanding the synergy between different products, how to translate comprehensive marketing strategies into campaigns, and drive successful results.

Skills:
  • Understanding of sales cycles including prospecting, communicating, negotiating and the ability to sell based on value, not price.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills within the required language(s).
  • Dependable, reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Analytical and creative mindset, ability to solve problems.
  • Proactive, organized, responsible, proven ability to work well with a team.

Schedule:
