For over 26 years, Futurescape Landscaping has proudly served the Greater Sudbury community by transforming outdoor spaces and building lasting relationships along the way. As the snow season approaches, we're looking for motivated Snow Removal Labourers to help keep our clients' properties safe, accessible, and beautifully maintained through the winter months.

As a Snow Removal Labourer, you'll be part of a supportive, hands-on team that values hard work, attention to detail, and pride in a job well done. Whether you're clearing walkways or applying de-icer, your role will help ensure our high standards are met, even in the harshest conditions.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Clear snow from sidewalks and walkways using shovels, snow blowers, and other tools.
  • Apply de-icing materials to prevent slips and falls.
  • Maintain and clean equipment.
  • Work independently or as part of a team in cold weather conditions.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong work ethic and physical stamina.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends).
  • Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
