The Big Task

You will diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions by providing an extraordinary customer experience.

Key Sub Tasks

  • Ability to operate tools and HVAC equipment safely.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Ability to meet lifting and other safe physical demands of the job.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Be a supportive and flexible teammate.
  • Keep your company truck clean, organized and stocked.
  • Ability to use our industry-leading service software.
  • Participate in training allowing you to grow your skills and knowledge in the industry.
  • Have and maintain a clean driving record.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum Gasfitter 2 (G2) license that is valid/up to date.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work standard 8-hour shift, and/or flexible hours.
  • Ability to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in the use of computer technology and related.
