EXPECTATIONS

You probably already know the basics of the role. Dr HVAC expects a hands-on, work on, and continuous improvement drive from our executives.

  • Reports directly to the owner to develop a strategic plan to drive revenue.
  • Daily one-on-one coaching with the service team to review, refine and make them succeed. Their success is your success.
  • Review of the daily service schedule to ensure execution with zero call-backs.
  • Manage the relationship between cost effectiveness and profit generation while planning sales deliverables.
  • Mentor and develop the service team to ensure appropriate sales and quality metrics.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in a Service Manager or other supervising role is desired but not required.
  • Knowledge of the HVAC/Plumbing industry is desired but not required.
