Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Staff Members to join our team in a fast-paced food service environment. As a Staff Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, serving customers, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Duties

  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and freshness.
  • Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing customer transactions accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Handle cash transactions efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, kitchen equipment, and dining spaces in compliance with health regulations.
  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Experience

  • Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety standards is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices and food handling guidelines is beneficial.
